Investment
Objective

Our investment objective is to generate long-term capital growth through investing in a diversified portfolio consisting primarily of equity or equity related investments. The Investment Advisor does this across public and private markets.
We are well positioned to succeed. Chrysalis Investments has an appropriate structure and a distinct proposition. We have a vehicle that can provide permanent crossover capital. We back companies for the long-term, whether they are private or public.
We are highly relevant. The investment team has a 20-year track record in the UK small and mid-cap listed market. We are one of the most active participants in the UK IPO market and have a material proposition, underpinned by over £7billion of capital.
We back outstanding companies. Chrysalis Investments is looking to identify businesses that are disrupting huge addressable markets by harnessing the benefits of technology. These are typically later stage assets, with proven business models that are generating strong rates of growth with superior economics.

Actively managed by Jupiter

Richard Watts and Nick Williamson head up the Chrysalis Investments’ investment team. Chrysalis’ proposition is based on its ability to offer material crossover funding. As Chrysalis has grown, its ability to offer a meaningful crossover proposition internally has increased, but is further underpinned by over £6.4* billion of capital managed by Jupiter Fund Management PLC and its subsidiaries focused on the UK small and mid-cap listed market.
