Learning and Development

Merian Global Investors supports eligible employees to take a range of professional qualifications, including the CFA® designation, the Investment Management Certificate and the ACCA accountancy qualification, through the provision of both financial support and study leave.

We also provide ongoing training on ‘soft skills,’ delivered through a range of programmes including a mentoring scheme.
